What You Will Do:

As a Licensed Clinician, you will provide evidence-based counseling and case management services to individuals receiving medication for opioid use disorder (MOUD). Working collaboratively with physicians, nurses, recovery coaches, and other behavioral health professionals, you will help develop individualized treatment plans that promote long-term recovery and wellness.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and ongoing clinical evaluations.
  • Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide individual, group, and family counseling using evidence-based practices.
  • Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation in the electronic health record.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment interventions as appropriate.
  • Collaborate with medical providers, nursing staff, recovery coaches, and community partners to coordinate care.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, case conferences, and utilization reviews.
  • Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments when necessary.
  • Educate individuals and families on addiction, recovery, relapse prevention, and community resources.
  • Maintain compliance with all federal, state, accreditation, and organizational standards, including confidentiality requirements.

Who You Are:

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field.
  • Current Massachusetts licensure as LICSW, LMHC, LADC I, or equivalent or license-eligible and actively working toward independent licensure.
  • Experience providing behavioral health or substance use disorder treatment preferred.
  • Knowledge of trauma-informed, person-centered, and recovery-oriented care.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (strongly preferred).
  • Experience working in an Opioid Treatment Program (OTP), Medication for Opioid Use Disorder (MOUD), or other substance use disorder treatment setting (preferred).

PAY RANGE:

Licensed Clinician: $75,000 - $81,000 per year

Unlicensed (license eligible): $65,000 - $73,000 per year
