WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING (ESSENTIAL DUTIES) …
We are seeking licensed clinicians to provide assessment and treatment in our Children's General Outpatient Team. In this position you will have a critical role both delivering direct services and as a clinical consultant to the multi-disciplinary team.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide home-based assessment, diagnosis, and treatment to children and families.
- Deliver comprehensive mental health services to children, parents, and families in various settings.
- Maintain client records.
- Coordinate team services to comply with recovery plans.
- Demonstrate innovative problem-solving, crisis intervention, and management skills.
- Collaborate within a team to offer interventions including therapy, crisis response, consultation, advocacy, and linkages.
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure adherence to credentialing requirements.
- Collaborate closely with the CGOP Team Leader.
- Conduct evaluations and assist in formulating recovery goals and strategies for families and teams. Provide treatment in various settings such as homes, communities, and schools.
- Offer therapeutic interventions including child therapy, parent guidance, couple therapy, family therapy, crisis response, school consultation, case management, advocacy, and service delivery, emphasizing diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Meet documentation deadlines.
- Participate in supervision and case presentations.
- Contribute to special projects such as consultation, prevention programs, and community education, emphasizing diversity, equity, and inclusion.
