- Closing shifts (must be able to work past 10PM)

Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate the Chick-fil-A Core 4: Smiling, Eye Contact, Speaking in a friendly tone, always say “My Pleasure”
- Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
- Ensure food safety and health department standards are followed at all times
- Be flexible to learn and work in various kitchen stations as needed
- Stock kitchen inventory and supplies as needed
- Keep your station neat, clean, and food safe at all times
- Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
- Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
- Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
- Be fast and accurate, while also maintaining quality and food safety
- Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
- Other duties as assigned
- Communicate and work together with other team members and leadership
- Follow Chick-fil-A’s uniform and appearance standards

Pay: $16.50 - 18.50 per hour
