Design and maintain the end-to-end solution architecture, define non-functional requirements (availability, scalability, disaster recovery) and record Architecture Decision Records
Provision and manage Azure infrastructure as code with Terraform
Run and scale Kubernetes clusters and Docker deployments
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines in GitHub Actions across dev, staging and production
Own the release and versioning strategy, lead go-live cutovers and define rollback plans
Run observability with Prometheus and Grafana and maintain incident response runbooks
Track and forecast cloud spend using Azure Cost Management and maintain the platform cost model
What you’ll bring
5+ years’ experience in cloud infrastructure or DevOps, including 2+ years in an architecture role
Strong hands-on skills in Azure, Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker and GitHub Actions
Experience running Prometheus and Grafana in production
Scripting skills in Bash and Python
A track record designing for availability, scalability and disaster recovery
A tertiary qualification in IT, computer science, engineering or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
Strong communication, planning and problem-solving skills, and the flexibility to thrive in a small but growing organisation
It would be great if you also have
Azure certifications such as AZ-305 or AZ-104
Experience running ML workloads and GPU nodes on Kubernetes
Experience with Kubecost or similar cost tooling
