Cloud AI Engineer (fixed term project)
Summary
Cloud AI Engineer on a 3.5-month fixed-term contract building multi-step Agentic AI workflows and ML systems using Vertex AI, MLOps, and Python for a global IT services company.
This is a fixed-term contract for 3,5 months with possibility of extension.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in machine learning and artificial intelligence.
- Coding and scripting proficiency in Python, Perl, C, C++, or Java.
- Experience in technical client service or consulting.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- echnical Skills: Vertex AI, MLOps, Document AI, and Generative AI. Experienced in building multi-step Agentic AI workflows with ADK, Agent Engine, LangChain, Vertex AI, and AgentSpace.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Solid understanding of production ML system practicalities.
- 7+ years of hands-on experience with recommendation engines, data pipelines, or distributed machine learning.
- Experience with deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, XGBoost).
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts, including architectures, ETL/ELT, and analytic environments (e.g., Apache Beam, Hadoop, Spark, Hive).
- Relevant experience in technical consulting.
