About the Role
An international technology organization in Dubai is looking for a Cloud & AI Business Development Associate to support the growth of its emerging technology solutions.
This is an opportunity for an early-career professional with a background in Computer Science, IT or a related fieldwho wants to build experience across AI, cloud computing and technology solutions. The role combines technical learning with customer engagement, market development and commercial activities.
Key Responsibilities
Support the promotion and business development of cloud and AI solutions.
Research market trends, customer needs and potential business opportunities.
Engage with prospective customers and partners to understand their requirements.
Help position relevant cloud, AI and MaaS (Model as a Service) offerings based on customer needs.
Support product presentations, customer meetings and solution discussions.
Collaborate with technical teams to understand and communicate solution capabilities.
Maintain records of prospects, customer interactions and business opportunities.
Assist with ongoing customer follow-ups and relationship management.
Keep up to date with developments in AI, cloud infrastructure and cloud services.
Candidate Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related technical discipline.
1–3 years of experience in technology, AI, cloud, SaaS, IT services, business development or a similar environment.
Foundational understanding of AI and cloud technologies.
Interest in emerging technologies and technology-led business models.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to learn technical products and explain concepts clearly to customers.
Commercially curious, proactive and interested in developing within the AI and cloud technology space.
