Administers cloud and enterprise applications for a community college, maintaining Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and instructional tools to support faculty, staff, and students.

Position Summary :

The IT Cloud & Applications Administrator will setup and maintaining the college’s cloudbased digital infrastructure, ensuring compliance with institutional policies, and supporting faculty, staff, and students in maintaining a secure computing environment for our campus communities

Example of Duties

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

Setup and Maintain Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Lync, Skype, Teams, and Zoom.

Setup and Maintain School Enterprise Applications: Jamf, Adobe, Fundfive Products: Clarity, Register, Automate, Google Workspaces.

Maintain Enterprise Google Systems via Management – GAM.

Set and Support any Point Of Sale systems.

Setup, Maintain, and Support all Digital Form solutions (TeamIA, Jotform, MS Forms, and Google Forms).

Setup, Maintain, and Support Instructional Applications & Remote Support Solutions (i.e. NinjaOne, TeamViewer, Intune).

Support Foundation Specific hosted solutions: Blackbaud, Raisers Edge. Supervisory Responsibilities :

Typical Qualifications

Education and/or Experience :

Associate degree or higher in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field.

Knowledge of basic networking concepts, operating systems, and security principles.

Familiarity with tools such as antivirus software, SIEM systems, and MFA.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
