Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced, German-speaking Cloud Architect Advisor (CAA) / Partner Cloud Architect (PCA) based in Europe to support SAP Private Cloud opportunities. The candidate will work closely with customers, account teams and global SAP stakeholders to provide technical advisory, evaluate customer requirements, assess SAP Private Cloud feasibility and facilitate the Sales-to-Delivery handover to SAP Enterprise Cloud Services. The role is globally aligned and pursuit-focused, primarily supporting mid-market and volume deals.

Responsibilities

• Advise German-speaking customers and account teams on SAP Private Cloud service offerings.
• Assess technical feasibility of customer requirements and proposed SAP solutions.
• Support private cloud qualification, deal incubation and solution design.
• Coordinate Sales-to-Delivery handover to SAP Enterprise Cloud Services.
• Evaluate SAP system landscapes, infrastructure requirements and technical dependencies.
• Provide expert guidance on SAP Basis, SAP HANA and S/4HANA environments.
• Participate in customer-facing technical discussions, workshops and presentations.
• Work with hyperscaler platforms, including AWS, Microsoft Azure and GCP.
• Collaborate with global Cloud Architects and SAP stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment with operational, security and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree, preferably in Engineering, Computer Science or Business Administration.
• 5+ years of customer-facing SAP consulting experience.
• 5+ years of experience in solution design, enterprise architecture or SAP implementation.
• Strong proficiency in SAP Basis consulting.
• Strong understanding of SAP product portfolio, offerings and industry solutions.
• Good understanding of SAP releases, platform interdependencies and system architecture.
• Good understanding of SAP application and technical operations in cloud environments.
• Knowledge of at least one hyperscaler: AWS, Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform.
• Fluent German and strong English communication skills.
• Excellent customer communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work within a globally distributed team.
