Cloud Architects with AWS and IaaS/PaaS experience.
Responsibilities
Architect enterprise grade IaaS and PaaS solutions using AWS
• Provide technical leadership in Microservices architecture with containerization and deployment in an HA architecture
• Provide IaaS vision, strategy, technology, and roadmaps to executives, technical management using AWS
• Provide expert technical leadership to customers and partners regarding all aspects of AWS, Docker containers, and Microservices
• Maintain deep hands-on technical knowledge of AWS / PCF components
• Define and create application architecture models on cloud platforms
Skills
• 12+ years of overall IT experience
• 5+ years in architecting distributed systems, designing secure scalable and elastic architectures
• 4+ years in AWS IaaS
• Proven experience with Containerization / Cluster Management: Docker / Apache Mesos
• 8+ years software development experience using various languages Java/J2EE, Python and scripting languages like Perl and shell
• Strong knowledge and experience using frameworks like Spring, Node.JS messaging
• Source code management systems like SVN or BitBucket and build tools like Ant, Maven or Gradle
• Cloud security tools and technologies – AD DS, Web Application Firewall, Jumpbox, Splunk and Pacman
• Monitoring tools – App Dynamics, Graphite, Cloud Watch, Elastic Search
• CI/CD process with hands-on experience
• 2+ years of hands-on experience.
