Cloud Automation Engineer – AWS/GCP, CI/CD & Kubernetes

ContentWise SpA is seeking a DevOps Engineer to design and implement scalable automation and orchestration across AWS and on-premises environments. You’ll partner with Software Engineers to streamline pipelines, installations, and configurations in a hybrid Italian setting.

Ideal candidates have strong cloud experience, containerization with Docker/Kubernetes, and familiarity with Terraform, Ansible, and CI/CD tools.

Design and implements scalable automation, orchestration, playbooks to ensure system robustness and maintainability. Build and update installation and configuration procedures for both AWS cloud and on-premises infrastructures. Create and maintain documentation for infrastructure, configurations, and processes. Collaborate with Software Engineers to design and construct efficient software development pipelines and environments. BS/MS in Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline. Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure. Experience with version control systems, preferably Git. Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, TravisCI, etc. Experience with provisioning, configuration management, and deployment tools like Ansible and Terraform. Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration. Nice to have monitoring/logging frameworks like Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk or ELK. Passionate about experimenting with cutting-edge technologies. Strong communication skills and ability to work well with others.
