Cloud & Data Engineer for Open PBPK/PD Platform
Summary
Builds and runs the cloud data platform for RECOMBINE-X, an international AI-driven pediatric oncology research project at the Princess Máxima Center. Day to day this means integrating PBPK/PD data with the center's genomic infrastructure and building dashboards and flexible analysis tools such as R Shiny apps and Jupyter notebooks.
The Princess Máxima Center is seeking a cloud/data engineer to help build the cloud data platform for RECOMBINE-X, an international AI-driven pediatric oncology project. You will integrate PBPK/PD data with our genomic infrastructure, develop dashboards, and enable flexible analysis through tools like R Shiny and Jupyter notebooks.
