For a global pharmaceutical company with a well-established market position, focused on advancing software solutions in a rapidly evolving industry we're looking for the Senior DevOps Engineer. This specialist will play a key role in designing and maintaining cloud infrastructure (AWS), CI/CD pipelines, and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes) to support scalable and reliable applications.

Key technologies: AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, GitHub Actions / GitLab CI, Infrastructure as Code, Python, Bash

Experience with GxP,CSV, OT/Manufacturing - nice to have

Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, deploy, and maintain cloud-based infrastructure and containerized applications to ensure secure, scalable, and highly available environments

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to support reliable and automated software delivery

  • Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation solutions to improve deployment consistency and operational efficiency

  • Collaborate closely with software development, platform, and cross-functional teams to support application onboarding, deployment, and infrastructure evolution

  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve platform performance, reliability, security, and observability

  • Drive automation initiatives across infrastructure, deployment, and operational processes to reduce manual effort and increase delivery quality

  • Create and maintain technical documentation while contributing to operational best practices and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Cloud Infrastructure roles

  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices

  • Experience working with cloud platforms (preferably AWS)

  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and infrastructure automation

  • Practical knowledge of Docker and containerized applications

  • Good understanding of Linux environments and networking fundamentals

  • Experience with Git and source control workflows

  • Experience collaborating with Agile software development teams

  • Good communication skills and English proficiency (B2 or higher)
