As a Cloud DevOps Engineer – Azure CI/CD, you will:

  • Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions using Ansible playbooks, roles, and inventories for infrastructure and application environments.
  • Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure CI/CD and Git-based platforms such as GitHub or GitLab.
  • Develop and enhance Python and Shell scripts to support automation logic, validation, and custom modules.
  • Create and manage YAML configurations and Jinja2 templates for scalable and reusable automation frameworks.
  • Integrate automation workflows with orchestration tools such as Ansible Tower/AWX, Jenkins, or Rundeck.
  • Troubleshoot automation failures, perform root cause analysis, and optimize performance and reliability.
  • Collaborate with DevOps, Platform, and Infrastructure teams to implement automation best practices.
  • Ensure automation processes comply with security, governance, and operational standards.

What You Bring to the Table

  • 6–8 years of experience in DevOps, automation engineering, or related roles.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Python, Shell scripting, and Ansible automation.
  • Proven experience with Azure CI/CD pipelines and Git-based version control systems (GitHub/GitLab).
  • Solid understanding of YAML and Jinja2 templating for automation design.
  • Experience working with orchestration tools such as Jenkins, Ansible Tower/AWX, or Rundeck.
  • Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and analytical skills.
  • Experience working in onsite, enterprise-level environments.
  • Automation-first mindset with focus on scalability, reusability, and maintainability.
