Senior DevOps Engineer (Fully Remote)

Our client is seeking a highly experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join their fully remote engineering team.

This pivotal role focuses on building and maintaining the infrastructure, automation, and processes that enable rapid and reliable software delivery. You will work closely with development and operations teams to streamline deployments, enhance system reliability, and implement cutting-edge DevOps practices. The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience in cloud environments, automation, and infrastructure as code, thriving in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage scalable and reliable cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated building, testing, and deployment of applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps engineering or a related role, with a focus on cloud infrastructure and automation.
• 7+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Systems Engineering, with a focus on cloud environments.
• Strong proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their associated services.
• Extensive experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI) and IaC tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
