Cloud Engineer

In this position, you will:

• Design, deploy, and maintain private cloud infrastructure using technologies such as VMware, OpenStack or Hyper‑V.
• Build and manage virtualized compute, storage, and networking environments.
• Deploy and manage container platforms (Docker, Kubernetes) within private cloud environments.
• Integrate identity, access control, and security policies across cloud and on‑premise systems.
• Configure and optimize load balancers, firewalls, VPNs, and SDN solutions.
• Monitor system performance, capacity, and availability using enterprise monitoring tools.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure issues across compute, network, and storage layers.
• Support user onboarding, resource provisioning, and cloud service lifecycle management.

• Prepare documentation, architecture diagrams, and operational runbooks.

To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Hands‑on experience deploying and managing private cloud platforms.
• Have hands-on experience on deploying Huawei Cloud Stack is a plus
• Strong knowledge of: Virtualization (VMware ESXi/vCenter, Hyper‑V, KVM), Storage systems (SAN, NAS, Ceph), Networking (VLANs, routing, firewalls, load balancing)
• Proficiency with Linux and Windows Server administration.
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong understanding of cloud security principles and best practices.
