The Job

As a Cloud Engineering, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Own and execute security patching deployment and vulnerability remediation across cloud and hybrid environments (Windows and Linux).
• Operate and manage enterprise patching and vulnerability tools, including SCCM, Qualys Patch Management, and similar solutions.
• Partner with security teams to follow up on vulnerability findings, perform risk remediation, and track compliance status.
• Automate patching workflows, compliance checks, and operational tasks using PowerShell and Linux shell scripting.
• Participate in cloud platform operations, including project delivery, BAU support, and ad-hoc engineering tasks.
• Design, build, and optimize secure cloud infrastructure with reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency in mind.
• Develop and maintain clear technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and operational runbooks.
• Collaborate closely with SRE, security, network, and application teams.
• Evaluate new technologies and recommend improvements aligned with business and security requirements.
• Participate in change, incident, and problem management processes following ITIL practices.

Your Skills and Experience

• 2–3+ years of experience in cloud engineering, system administration, or infrastructure roles.
• Proven hands-on experience in security patching and vulnerability remediation.
• Strong operational experience with Windows and Linux systems.
• Hands-on experience with PowerShell and Linux shell scripting.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Azure and cloud operating environments.
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (IP, DNS, load balancing).
• Experience with Qualys, SCCM, or similar vulnerability management tools.
• Familiarity with DevOps/DevSecOps practices and Infrastructure as Code.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform and Ansible is an advantage.
• Exposure to enterprise monitoring tools such as Elastic is a plus.
• Proficiency in English, with the ability to handle English documents and communicate independently with clients.
