- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls within the WatchGuard Cloud Management platform
- Configure and maintain system settings to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Monitor platform health, troubleshoot issues, and perform routine maintenance tasks.
Security Policy Management
- Develop, implement, and maintain security policies for firewall, VPN, and other network security devices.
- Ensure policies align with industry best practices and compliance standards.
- Regularly review and update policies to address emerging threats and vulnerabilities.
Device Configuration and Monitoring
- Provision and configure WatchGuard firewalls, access points, and other network security devices.
- Monitor device performance and security logs for anomalies or potential security incidents.
- Troubleshoot device connectivity issues and implement remediation strategies as needed.
