Cloud Engineer

The CloudOps Engineer is responsible for availability for cloud platforms
Respond, troubleshoot and resolve production alarms
Communicate and troubleshoot operational issues supporting a complex environment
Respond to cloud service outages and manage incident tickets
Participate in Cloud Updates and Maintenance
Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment with frequent incident response and changing priorities.

University degree in connection with IT engineering, telecommunication, computer science,software engineering ,or a related technical field
Requires excellent communications skills, both verbal and written in English
Requires the ability to multitask and work well under pressure
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and platform technologies, such as compute, storage, networking, PaaS, big data, middleware, and infrastructure tools; experience in at least one of these areas is required.
Basic Linux/Unix administration skills
Scripting knowledge in shell and/or python
Understanding of basic networking standard protocols and components
Knowledge of Cloud providers is an advantage (Like Amazon AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Microsoft Azure)
Ability to learn new technologies quickly with some support and guidance
Ability to think outside-of-the-box to generate creative solutions to problems
Ambitious personality with goal-oriented thinking
