Cloud Engineer
Summary
Design and deploy AWS infrastructure (EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudWatch) and migrate apps with minimal downtime while enforcing Zero Trust and containerized workflows.
Responsibilities
- Design, provision, and deploy AWS infrastructure including EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, RDS, Lambda, and CloudWatch
- Execute cloud migrations with minimal downtime while ensuring data integrity and application continuity
- Implement Zero Trust architecture principles and manage IAM policies and Active Directory integration
- Monitor system performance using CloudWatch and perform root cause analysis on incidents
- Support application migrations into infrastructure as code and cloud native environments
- Troubleshoot and deploy containerized applications using Docker
Requirements
- 3+ years of progressive IT experience in systems administration, networking, or infrastructure engineering
- 2+ years of Cloud Engineering experience with a focus on AWS service design and deployment
- CompTIA Security+ Certification and AWS Associate Certification or higher
- Active Public Trust Security Clearance (or active within 24 months)
