What we're looking for
Required:
- 3+ years' experience across Azure cloud infrastructure and enterprise IT environments
- Strong Active Directory, Exchange Online, Microsoft 365 and Intune experience
- Proven Windows Server and enterprise infrastructure experience
- Strong understanding of backup, disaster recovery, networking, firewalls and failover
- PowerShell scripting and automation capability
- Knowledge of IT security best practices and compliance
- Experience providing technical support to end users and IT teams
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- DevOps practices
- AWS
- Terraform / Infrastructure as Code
- Git and GitHub
- Exposure to AI agents or agentic workflows
- Relevant Microsoft certifications
