CLOUD & INFRASTRUCTURE ENGINEER
We are looking for a Cloud & Infrastructure Engineer to build, deploy and secure the technology infrastructure behind our Industrial IoT, Analytics and AI solutions.
This is a hands-on engineering role covering cloud infrastructure, DevOps, cybersecurity, networking and Microsoft 365. You will work closely with software development and project teams to turn applications into secure, reliable and production-ready systems.
Roles & Responsibilities
Design, deploy and maintain Azure and AWS cloud infrastructure for IoT, analytics and AI applications.
Build and manage cloud-native and containerised environments using Docker/Kubernetes.
Develop CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) to automate deployments.
Design and manage cloud networking, VPNs, firewalls and secure connectivity.
Implement cybersecurity, identity/access management, system hardening and vulnerability management.
Set up monitoring, logging and performance management for cloud infrastructure and applications.
Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Intune to support a secure and productive workplace.
Maintain Windows/Linux infrastructure and provide technical support for internal IT systems when required.
Support backup, disaster recovery and infrastructure security initiatives.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex cloud, infrastructure, networking and deployment issues.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
3–5 years' experience in cloud, infrastructure or systems engineering.
Hands-on experience with Azure and/or AWS.
Experience with Linux/Windows, networking and cloud infrastructure.
Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD and Infrastructure-as-Code.
Good understanding of cybersecurity, IAM, network security and system hardening.
Experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Intune is preferred.
Scripting experience with PowerShell, Python, Bash or equivalent.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work across development and infrastructure environments.
