Cloud Infrastructure Engineer (Remote)
Salary: RM 4,500 – RM 6,500 per month
Education
* Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
Experience
Minimum 3–5 years* of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure implementation, support, and project delivery.
Proven experience in planning, deploying, and supporting Microsoft Azure Infrastructure* environments.
* Strong experience in cloud migration projects, including server, application, storage, and workload migration to Microsoft Azure.
* Experience in designing, implementing, and troubleshooting hybrid infrastructure integrating on-premises environments with Microsoft Azure.
* Experience working in an IT System Integrator (SI), Managed Service Provider (MSP), or IT consulting environment is highly preferred.

Microsoft Infrastructure

* Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS)
* DNS, DHCP, Group Policy
* File & Print Services
* Remote Desktop Services (RDS)
* Microsoft 365
* Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
Microsoft Azure Infrastructure
* Azure Virtual Machines (VM)
* Azure Virtual Network (VNet), Subnets, NSG, Route Tables
* Hub-and-Spoke Network Architecture
* Azure VPN Gateway, Site-to-Site VPN, Point-to-Site VPN
* Azure Load Balancer and Application Gateway (preferred)
* Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Alerts
* Azure Virtual WAN and ExpressRoute (advantage)
* Experience with Azure Landing Zone, governance, and Azure security best practices is an advantage.
Networking
Strong understanding of enterprise networking concepts, including:
* TCP/IP, IPv4, VLAN, Routing & Switching
* Firewall configuration and policy management
* NAT, VPN, SD-WAN
* DNS, DHCP, WAN/LAN
* Network segmentation, security, and troubleshooting
Experience with one or more firewall platforms is preferred:
* Fortinet
* Palo Alto
* Cisco
