Cloud Native Backend Developer
Summary
Designs, builds, and operates cloud-native backend business systems for an e-commerce client, covering technical architecture and DevOps using Java/Kotlin, Spring Boot, Terraform, Docker, GitLab CI/CD, and AWS, within an international team working alongside German colleagues.
You will be involved in the implementation and Devops process of cloud-based business systems for an important e-commerce customer. Development of system design & technical architecture together with Product owner based on business requirements. You will work in an international environment, together with our German colleagues.
Requirements
- At least 5+ years of experience as backend developer with Java and Kotlin.
- Design of technical architecture with the ability to consult and guide the team.
- Solid experience using Spring Boot for building RESTful interfaces and event driven architecture.
- Solid experience using Terraform, Docker, GitLab CI/CD, AWS and web security.
- Good sense for software quality, testing and engineering processes.
- Good English skills, written and spoken.
Nice to have
- Experience in Prometheus, Grafana and NoSQL databases e.g. MongoDB.
