Cloud-Native Backend Engineer | Spring Boot & AWS

Onetag in Italy is seeking a Software Developer to join the Tech Engineering Unit and help build a brand-new cloud-native architecture powering the heart of our operations. You will shape the User Console's backend, design integration services across cloud and on-premises environments, and influence how the platform grows through reliable, secure, high-performance code.

You will own infrastructure modules, drive engineering standards, and improve developer experience.

Design, build, and maintain the back-end of a new cloud-native web application. Drive the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance features. Support and develop architectural decisions and influence future technical direction. Collaborate closely with Engineering and Infrastructure. Work in Agile and contribute to continuous improvement. Ensure smooth delivery through code reviews, testing, and best engineering practices. Support, when needed, the front-end development of internal and client-facing tools. 3+ years of software development experience. Experience modularizing a monolithic application and with microservices architecture. Strong expertise with Spring Boot and Angular. Relational database experience (MySQL) and cloud experience (AWS).
