Cloud-Native DevOps Engineer
Summary
Design and operate cloud-native infrastructure on Kubernetes, using ArgoCD and CI/CD pipelines, while ensuring observability, security, and zero-downtime deployments.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, deploy and maintain services on Kubernetes using ArgoCD and Bitbucket Pipelines CI/CD.
- Manage secrets and configuration (Vault), container images, and environment promotion (staging to production).
- Operate and extend observability — Grafana / Loki / Prometheus, Sentry — and on‑call via incident.io.
- Support Database replication, database deployments and zero‑downtime release patterns.
- Maintain network/edge configuration (Cloudflare, dual‑ISP failover) and infrastructure‑as‑code.
- Diagnose and resolve service‑impacting incidents; document root cause and preventive actions.
- Work with developers so solutions are designed for scale, performance, and operability; manage infrastructure cost.
- Configure public (Azure) and private (NTT) cloud hosting and shared‑service models.
