Cloud Platform Architect - Scalable, Secure Cloud

Italdesign is seeking a proactive Cloud Engineer to join the IT Team in Moncalieri. You will design, implement and manage scalable cloud infrastructures, ensuring security and efficiency in a dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in cloud engineering, hands-on with AWS/Azure/GCP, and strong IaC, containerization, and CI/CD experience. Hybrid and multi-cloud familiarity is a plus and travel may be required.

Design, implement and manage cloud and hybrid infrastructures. Support evolution toward cloud-native and hybrid models. Ensure reliability, performance and availability of cloud platforms. Optimize cloud resources and costs with FinOps practices. Support app development and system integration on cloud platforms. Drive automation and standardization of infra and operations. Assist migration and re-platforming of apps to cloud environments. Monitor performance, availability and security of systems. Apply cloud security best practices and collaborate with teams. 5+ years of proven experience in cloud engineering or cloud infrastructure roles. Strong knowledge of AWS, Azure or Google Cloud Platform. Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, ARM/Bicep, CloudFormation). Good knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes. Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub, GitLab, Azure DevOps). Understanding of cloud networking, IAM, encryption and Zero Trust. Experience with monitoring and observability tools.
