Cloud Platform Engineer - AWS, Kubernetes & CI/CD (Hybrid Milan)

Atlante is seeking a Cloud Platform Engineer to design, build, and evolve our cloud infrastructure in a hybrid Milan environment. You will work on AWS, container orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes, and backend development with Python and/or Node.js, while driving automation through CI/CD and IaC.

You will collaborate with international teams to define technical roadmaps, ensure security and reliability, optimize cloud costs, and contribute to backend projects.

Design, build, and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure for apps and internal tools. Manage and evolve containerized workloads with Docker and Kubernetes/ECS/EKS. Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code. Contribute to backend development with Python and/or Node.js. Monitor performance, observability, costs, security, and reliability. Collaborate with international stakeholders to define requirements and roadmaps. Promote engineering best practices and code quality. Provide technical guidance and drive continuous improvement. 3+ years in software engineering with AWS and cloud design. Hands-on with Docker and container orchestration (Kubernetes or ECS/EKS). Linux systems administration. Backend development in Python and/or Node.js. Git workflows and relational DBs like PostgreSQL/MySQL. Good written and spoken English; international collaboration.
