Cloud Solution Architect

Role summary:
Customer-facing Cloud Solution Architect responsible for helping enterprise customers modernize and operate Microsoft infrastructure environments, especially Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange Server, hybrid identity, and on-premises systems administration workloads.

Key responsibilities:

• Assess customer Windows Server, Exchange Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and file/print infrastructure.
• Support modernization planning from on-premises environments to Microsoft 365, Azure, and hybrid cloud.
• Troubleshoot customer technical issues related to Windows, Exchange, identity, mail flow, authentication, and hybrid configuration.
• Guide customers on operational best practices, patching, backup, disaster recovery, and lifecycle management.
• Partner with Customer Success, support, engineering, and account teams to improve customer health and adoption.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to strategic enterprise customers.
• Drive adoption, consumption, health, and successful implementation of Microsoft cloud services.
• Identify technical blockers and coordinate resolution with support, engineering, partners, and account teams.
• Deliver architecture workshops, technical guidance, readiness sessions, and best-practice reviews.
• Align customer technical plans with business outcomes and measurable success criteria.
• Document customer architecture, risks, dependencies, recommendations, and next steps.
