Scope:

Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to understand their business requirements, challenges, and goals related to cloud computing and digital transformation.

Solution Design and Presentations: Collaborate with the sales team to design and present customized cloud solutions that address customer needs. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, demonstrations, and proof of concepts (POCs) to showcase the benefits and capabilities.

Technical Expertise: Possess a strong understanding of cloud services, including but not limited to virtual machines, storage, networking, databases, security, and DevOps. Stay up-to-date with the latest offerings, updates, and industry trends to provide accurate and relevant guidance to customers.

Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors. Act as a trusted advisor and technical consultant to support long-term customer success and drive customer satisfaction.

POC Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute proof of concepts and pilots to validate the effectiveness of solutions. Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting during the POC phase to address any issues or concerns.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years proven experience as a solution architect, focusing on cloud technologies

Cloud Certified (AWS or GCP or Azure), strong technical (design architecture) and commercial experience in Hybrid/Public Cloud, cloud to cloud, etc.

Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to design and implement creative solutions for complex environment.

Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
