Cloud Solution Architect

Key Responsibilities

1. Analyze customer business requirements and challenges, and design and present appropriate solutions across Cloud, Infrastructure, Data, AI, and Digital Transformation.

2. Design end-to-end solution architectures covering Infrastructure, Network, Middleware, Software, Data, and Cybersecurity, including the preparation of High-Level Design (HLD) documents.

3. Define cloud adoption and modernization strategies, and ensure solution designs align with relevant technology standards, governance requirements, and applicable policies.

4. Support pre-sales activities by analyzing RFI/RFP/TOR requirements, preparing technical proposals, solution architecture documents, Bills of Materials (BOM), and presenting proposed solutions to customers.

5. Collaborate with sales teams, technical teams, customers, and business partners to qualify opportunities, develop suitable solutions, and support business acquisition.

6. Present technical solutions and business value propositions, and support Proof of Concept (PoC) activities and technical evaluations.

7. Act as a trusted technology advisor to customers, building strong relationships and identifying opportunities for long-term business growth and strategic partnerships.

Required Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.

2. At least 10 years of IT experience, including experience in Solution Architecture, Cloud Solutions, Pre-Sales, or Technical Consulting.

3. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in designing IT architectures and solutions across Cloud, Infrastructure, Networking, Software Integration, or related technologies.

4. Proven experience in gathering customer requirements, developing technical proposals, and presenting solutions to customers and executive stakeholders.

5. Solid understanding of cloud technologies and platforms, such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud, including system integration and security considerations.

6. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and architectural thinking skills, with excellent communication and presentation abilities and the ability to collaborate effectively with both business and technical teams.

7. Proficiency in preparing technical documentation, evaluating technology options, and proposing solutions that align with business objectives.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with government agencies or large enterprise customers.

• Experience in System Integration and working with major Cloud Service Providers or technology partners.

• Relevant professional certifications, such as AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect.

• Knowledge of AI/ML, Data Platforms, Cybersecurity, DevOps, or FinOps.
