We are looking for a Cloud Solutions Engineer with strong
software development expertise
and deep experience in
Amazon Web Services
. This role focuses on building cloud-native applications, designing scalable architectures, and driving automation across the development lifecycle. Working Hours: Mon-Fri Working Location: Punggol Salary Package: Up to $10,000 (basic) + AWS Job Type: Contract Key Responsibilities
Design and develop
cloud-native applications and services
on
Amazon Web Services Build scalable backend systems, APIs, and microservices Develop and maintain infrastructure using IaC (Terraform / CloudFormation) Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated build, testing, and deployment Integrate applications with AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, S3, RDS, DynamoDB) Write clean, maintainable, and production-grade code Collaborate with product, DevOps, and engineering teams to deliver solutions Ensure application performance, scalability, and security Troubleshoot system issues across application and infrastructure layers Optimize cloud cost and system efficiency Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field At least 2 years of experience in
software engineering + cloud engineering Strong programming experience in one or more:
Java / C# / Python / Node.js
Experience building RESTful APIs and microservices Hands-on experience with
Amazon Web Services
, including:
Compute: EC2, Lambda Storage: S3 Database: RDS, DynamoDB Integration: API Gateway, SQS, SNS
Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes / EKS preferred) Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI) Experience with version control (Git) Understanding of system design, data structures, and algorithms Good to Have
