Cloud Storage Integration Engineer

Design storage architecture and integrate commercial distributed storage into a large-scale GPU cloud. Build DPU storage data paths, manage host and virtual machine storage stacks, oversee cloud volume lifecycles, optimize performance, and collaborate across infrastructure disciplines.
Responsibilities
- Design cloud platform storage architecture
- Integrate commercial storage solutions into the cloud environment
- Design and implement DPU storage data paths
- Manage and optimize the host storage stack
- Design and manage KVM/QEMU virtual machine storage solutions
- Manage the cloud volume lifecycle
- Optimize I/O latency, IOPS, RDMA, and NUMA performance
- Collaborate with Network, Virtualization, GPU, and DPU teams
Requirements
- Deep understanding of Linux storage architecture, block devices, Device Mapper, LVM, and filesystems
- Proficiency with the Linux I/O stack, io_uring, AIO, NVMe, and NVMe-oF
- Expertise with RDMA technologies including RoCE, InfiniBand, and verbs
- Hands-on experience with KVM/QEMU, libvirt, and VirtIO
- Familiarity with Linux networking fundamentals
- Programming skills in Python or Go
