Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Cloud Support Associate to join our IT Infrastructure Services team. The candidate will assist in managing cloud infrastructure, monitoring cloud-based services, troubleshooting technical issues, and supporting cloud operations. This role is ideal for freshers interested in building a career in cloud computing and infrastructure management.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring and maintaining cloud infrastructure and services.
• Provide technical support for cloud-based applications and platforms.
• Help troubleshoot cloud connectivity, access, and performance-related issues.
• Support the configuration and management of cloud resources.
• Assist with user account management, access permissions, and security settings.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and cloud resource utilization.

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of Cloud Computing concepts.
• Knowledge of operating systems, particularly Windows and Linux.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals such as TCP/IP, DNS, and VPN.
• Basic knowledge of server administration and IT infrastructure.
• Familiarity with cloud storage, virtual machines, and cloud networking.

Qualification

• B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
• BCA / MCA or equivalent qualifications are also eligible.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Basic understanding of virtualization and containerization.
• Knowledge of cloud monitoring and deployment tools.
