What Makes This Role Unique
This is not a traditional support-only position.
The role sits at the intersection of Cloud Support and Cloud Engineering. While a significant portion of the work involves incident management, request fulfillment, troubleshooting, and infrastructure support, the engineer will also be expected to build and improve cloud platforms, particularly within the Snowflake and AWS environments.
The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys solving immediate production issues but also wants to understand the underlying infrastructure and contribute to building better, more scalable cloud solutions.

Position Overview
We are seeking a Cloud Support Engineer with 6 12 years of experience to join a high-volume cloud infrastructure support and engineering team. This role combines Tier 1/Tier 2 infrastructure support with hands-on cloud engineering, with a primary focus on AWS and Snowflake.
The ideal candidate is self-sufficient, curious, highly communicative, and eager to learn and grow. This is an internal support role, so strong communication skills and the ability to clearly explain technical issues to development and production teams are critical.
The successful candidate will support dozens of incidents and service requests each day while also contributing to the development and improvement of cloud platforms and infrastructure.
Required
- 6 12 years of professional IT/cloud infrastructure experience
- Strong Infrastructure as Code (IaC) experience, specifically with Terraform
- Strong working knowledge of AWS
- Ability to troubleshoot and support AWS infrastructure
- Understanding of AWS services and cloud infrastructure
- Experience responding to AWS outages and infrastructure incidents
- Application development experience is not required
- Snowflake experience is mandatory
- Experience handling high-volume incident and request queues, with the ability to manage dozens of requests/incidents per day

Qualifications
- Experience using AI tools and technologies in a professional environment
- Fintech industry experience
- Previous experience working at AWS or Amazon
- Background in Help Desk and/or Systems Administration before transitioning into cloud technologies
- Experience with Azure
- Experience building or supporting SaaS platforms
- Exposure to AI-related cloud capabilities and projects
