Salary: $70 - $95 per hour (inc super)
- Canberra, Barton. Onsite
- 12 + 6-month contract (Baseline security clearance required)
- Three years' experience providing cloud data product support services
Our client, a Federal Government entity is seeking a Cloud Support Officer.
About the role - Cloud Support Officer
Seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Cloud, Data and Product Support Specialist to provide technical expertise and operational support across the client’s cloud, data and product environments.
Duties - Cloud Support Officer
- Providing first-level support to internal and external users of ONI Cloud Data Products, including acting as the primary point of contact for the receipt, analysis, triage, prioritisation and resolution of user support requests.
- Delivering operational support for ONI Cloud Data Products, including monitoring service performance, investigating and resolving incidents, and responding to user requests to ensure service availability and reliability.
- Supporting the implementation and ongoing maintenance of cloud security controls, policies and governance requirements in accordance with agency standards and best practice.
Skills / Experience - Cloud Support Officer
- Demonstrated experience supporting cloud-based applications and services, including incident management, troubleshooting and user support.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within an agile team environment and manage competing priorities.
- AWS Cloud Practitioner training and/or certification, or an equivalent foundational AWS qualification.
