Cloud Technical Delivery Specialist

Salary: £70,000 - 75,000 per year

Requirements:

• Experience in cloud technology delivery, including Azure, AWS or similar
• Experience in complex infrastructure or platform environments
• Experience in large-scale transformation or data migration programmes
• Experience delivering technology across multiple vendors
• Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
• Exposure to Smart Metering, utilities, energy or regulated environments is advantageous but not essential

Responsibilities:

• Deliver, enhance and support cloud-based Smart Metering platforms
• Work across Azure environments, large-scale data platforms and complex technology integrations
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, technology partners and business stakeholders to deliver and support Smart Meter infrastructure
• Help ensure platforms remain secure, resilient and fit for future demand

We are an innovative and financially secure UK energy organisation that continues to invest in cloud technology, digital transformation and smart energy solutions supporting critical national infrastructure. This permanent role is based in Ipswich, Crawley or London, with two to three days per week on site. The package includes a base salary of £75,000+, an annual bonus of up to 15%, an employer pension contribution of up to 10% through double matching, 25 days of holiday plus bank holidays, and a guaranteed annual pay rise. The role offers exposure to Microsoft Azure, cloud platform delivery, large-scale data environments, Smart Metering technologies, enterprise integrations and critical national infrastructure.
