Cloud Trainer

Basic Qualifications:

• College or University Degree in the IT/Technical field, Information Systems, or a related discipline or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working with training tools, systems, course generation and delivery
• Minimum of 5 to 10 years as a technical instructor/ trainer.
• 5 to 10 years of delivering classroom-based training to highly technical audiences
• Previous experience delivering web-based technical training through Webex or other online conferencing tools is desirable
• Previous experience developing learning materials for classroom delivery, including needs assessment, is required
• Experience with desktop publishing tools, including Adobe Capitvate and Adobe Acrobat, is required
• Solid knowledge on concepts related to network security
• Experience with AWS, AMI and Security Groups
• Excellent organization skills, strong communication skills (written and spoken)
• Proven ability to learn new technologies quickly
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work with minimal direction

Preferred Requirements:

• Previous knowledge in areas such as digital certificates, PKI, authentication, mobile encryption technologies, smartcards, HSM or networking is a definite asset
• Previous experience with developing testing questions
• Experience with Windows is required, experience with Linux/Unix would be an asset
• Experience with AWS, LDAP Directories and Microsoft Active Directory would be considered an asset
• Experience with Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate and WebEx Training or other online content creation tool is a definite asset
• Experience with a Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a definite asset
