What you'll do

• Plan, coordinate and supervise the daily activities of the gym, ensuring the achievement of established objectives and goals.
• Hire, train, evaluate and manage staff, fostering a positive and motivating work environment.
• Manage the budget, control expenses and optimize business profitability.
• Implement marketing strategies and promotions to attract and retain customers.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health and hygiene regulations, as well as applicable local and national laws and regulations for the sector.
• Supervise the maintenance and cleaning of the facilities, ensuring they remain in optimal condition.
• Resolve conflicts and handle customer inquiries or complaints, providing efficient and satisfactory solutions.
• Monitor gym performance through key performance indicators (KPIs) and make adjustments to strategy and operations as needed.

What we're looking for

• TAFAD (Technician in Physical Activities, Animation, and Sport), Higher Degree in Physical Activity and Sport Sciences, or CAF.
• Demonstrated experience teaching group classes. So the rhythm doesn't stop!
• Skills for socializing, a friendly nature, and excellent customer service. You bring the good vibes!.
• Ability to manage teams, good image, and passionate about sport.
