Club Operations Assistant

About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and is located at the Liberty Club on RAF Lakenheath, UK. This position requires shift work to provide coverage on days, evenings, weekends, holidays, or special situations. Scheduled hours will be 0-40 per week with no minimum guaranteed per week.

Monitors operations of the club or assigned area. Responsible for issue, receipt and control of cash boxes. Prepares a report of all significant occurrences during the shift. Reviews schedule functions that are to take place during the assigned shift and ensures they are carried out as planned. Ensures that only authorized personnel use the facility and the club rules, regulations and established procedures are followed. Provides instruction and guidance to all club staff members on functions taking place during the shift. Inspects and secures facility at the end of the shift.
