Summary
Builds, repairs, and customizes golf clubs while providing fitting services and sales support in a retail and workshop environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, repair, and customise golf clubs to the highest quality standards.
- Assemble golf clubs according to club fitting specifications with precision and accuracy.
- Ensure quality control and continuously improve workshop efficiency.
- Maintain club fitting equipment, tools, and workshop facilities in excellent working condition.
- Manage workshop inventory, including components, tools, and materials, to support daily operations.
- Provide professional advice on golf equipment and custom club solutions while delivering excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with Club Fitters, Retail Teams, and suppliers to support business operations and drive sales.
- Support club fitting events, demo days, corporate golf programmes, and tournaments as required.
- Achieve sales targets by promoting club fitting services and custom-built golf clubs.
- Monitor retail stock levels and maintain accurate, well-organised product displays.
Experience & Skills
- O Level or NITEC qualification or above
- 1 year of experience in golf club building, repair, or club fitting preferred.
- Strong knowledge of golf clubs and repair techniques.
- Hands-on experience with club repair tools and equipment.
- Sales-driven with good customer service and communication skills.
- Positive, self-motivated, and a strong team player.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and rotating shifts.
