Job Description

Job Summary

The Clubhouse & Banquets Venue Manager is responsible for leading the clubhouse, banqueting, and event operations at The Royal Stables Private Members Club in Abu Dhabi , delivering refined and memorable hospitality experiences within a distinctive and prestigious setting. The role oversees service excellence, event execution, team performance, and commercial results while ensuring every guest and event experience reflects the high standards and character of the venue.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the Clubhouse and banquet venues, ensuring consistent service and operational excellence.
• Oversee the planning and execution of weddings, corporate functions, private celebrations, and bespoke events.
• Partner with Events, Culinary, Sales, and operational teams to ensure seamless event delivery from preparation through completion.
• Lead, coach, and develop the venue team, fostering accountability, engagement, and a strong service culture.
• Manage guest and client relationships, proactively addressing feedback and ensuring effective service recovery.
• Drive venue performance through revenue optimization, upselling, cost control, productivity, and effective resource planning.
• Ensure all clubhouse and event spaces are prepared and presented to the highest standards.
• Maintain compliance with food safety, hygiene, health and safety, licensing, and company operational standards.

Desired Skill & Expertise

Desired Skills & Competencies

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive Food & Beverage, Banquets, Events, or Venue Operations experience, including 2–3 years in a managerial role, preferably within a premium hospitality or luxury venue environment.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development capabilities.
• Proven expertise in premium events, banqueting, and venue operations.
• Strong commercial acumen with an understanding of revenue optimization, cost management, and operational performance.
• Exceptional guest, client, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead complex and high-profile events with discretion, attention to detail, and composure.
