Cluster Assistant Learning & Development Manager

Responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing Learning & Development activities across the assigned hotels under the Human Resources Department. The role oversees training needs analysis, onboarding, mandatory training, employee development, training records, reporting, and Hilton learning platforms. Works closely with hotel leadership and department heads to ensure effective training delivery and support continuous learning and career development.
- Lead and coordinate all Learning & Development (L&D) activities across the assigned hotels.
- Develop and implement the annual L&D plan in alignment with business needs.
- Coordinate and deliver new joiner onboarding and orientation programs.
- Monitor completion of mandatory, compliance, and brand-specific training.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records, attendance, and documentation.
- Prepare monthly L&D reports and KPIs for HR management.
- Manage and monitor Hilton learning platforms and digital training programs.
- Coordinate with internal and external trainers and training providers.
- Support employee development, career development, and succession planning initiatives.
- Manage and follow up on internship, Tamheer, and trainee programs.
- Organize workshops, career fairs, development events, and university partnerships.
- Conduct training sessions and facilitate learning and development activities as required.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and implement necessary improvement actions.
- Promote a strong learning and development culture across the hotels.
- Ensure compliance with Hilton standards, policies, and HR requirements.
- Perform other HR and L&D duties as assigned.
What It Takes to Make the Stay
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or Human Resources, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Experience managing L&D activities independently is preferred.
- Experience supporting multiple hotels or cluster operations is an advantage.
- Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, and organizational skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with LMS / HR systems is preferred.
- Good command of English and Arabic.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
