CLUSTER MANAGER

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Manage and oversee the performance of multiple retail outlets within the assigned cluster.

✅ Drive sales growth, profitability, and achievement of business targets.

✅ Ensure high standards of customer service, product quality, and store hygiene.

✅ Lead, coach, and develop Outlet Managers and store teams.

✅ Monitor inventory, wastage, and operational efficiency across outlets.

✅ Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and food safety standards.

✅ Analyze business reports and implement action plans for continuous improvement.

✅ Support recruitment, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.

Requirements:

✔ Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).

✔ 5+ years of experience in retail, QSR, bakery, food service, or FMCG operations.

✔ Proven experience in managing multiple outlets or branches.

✔ Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

✔ Ability to drive sales and operational excellence.
