Cluster Manager

Job Description: Cluster Manager | Banca Channel (Health Insurance) We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Cluster Manager to oversee health insurance operations through the Bancassurance channel. This role is pivotal in managing multiple bank branches, fostering strong relationships with banking partners, and leading a team of Relationship Managers to achieve business targets while ensuring compliance and service excellence. Key Responsibilities: - Drive health insurance sales across the assigned cluster of bank branches. - Manage and lead a team of Relationship Managers/Sales Managers. - Build and maintain strong relationships with Cluster Heads, Branch Managers, and key bank stakeholders. - Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets. - Conduct joint sales calls with bank officials to generate quality business. - Monitor branch productivity, conversion ratios, and overall sales performance. - Train and motivate bank staff on health insurance products, sales techniques, and lead generation. - Ensure timely resolution of partner and customer service issues. - Maintain high levels of policy persistence, business quality, and customer satisfaction. - Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports. - Ensure adherence to IRDAI guidelines and company compliance policies. Required Skills: - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent relationship management capabilities. - Proficiency in sales planning and execution. - Experience in the Insurance/BFSI sector is preferred. - Ability to drive results and maintain high service standards.
