Cluster Sales Manager-Banca

To strengthen Bancassurance coverage and accelerate business growth across Nagpur and adjoining markets, approval is sought for one dedicated CSM based in Nagpur. The proposed resource will manage partner relationships, improve branch engagement, drive sales activation, support frontline teams, and build a consistent and sustainable business pipeline across the assigned area.

• Manage assigned bank partners and develop productive relationships with regional, cluster, and branch-level stakeholders.
• Drive branch activation through product training, sales support, engagement activities, and joint business planning.
• Build and monitor the business pipeline, conversions, productivity, and achievement against agreed targets.
• Identify new business opportunities within existing and prospective banking relationships across the Nagpur area.
• Coordinate with underwriting, operations, finance, and other support functions to ensure smooth partner and customer servicing.
• Provide periodic performance updates, address business gaps, and implement corrective actions where required.
