CM204 物流部-國際物流專員 International Logistics Coordinator

1｜負責船用品及工程設備的國際物流運輸，包含海、空運、報關
2｜聯繫國外供應商、貨運代理、國內外船務代理，安排整體運輸規劃
3｜透過 Email（英文）及電話與國內外窗口溝通協調
4｜辦理台灣進出口報關相關事務，確保通關順暢
5｜追蹤運輸進度並處理異常狀況（如延誤、文件錯誤、海關查驗等）
6｜負責運費詢價、比價及成本控管，持續優化物流費用
7｜與採購、專案、技術、營運等部門密切協作，整合運輸需求
8｜處理物流應付帳款作業
9｜70%以上工作需使用英文，需具備獨立且流利地透過英文 Email與電話即時溝通

1｜International Logistics Management:
Responsible for the international transport of marine supplies and engineering equipment, covering ocean freight, air freight, and customs brokerage.

2｜Strategic Planning:
Coordinate with overseas suppliers, freight forwarders, and shipping agents (domestic and international) to execute comprehensive logistics planning.

3｜Cross-Border Communication:
Communicate and coordinate effectively with global stakeholders via professional email (English) and telephone.

4｜Customs Compliance:
Handle Taiwan import/export customs declaration procedures to ensure smooth and timely clearance.

5｜Shipment Tracking & Crisis Management:
Monitor shipment progress and resolve logistics exceptions (e.g., delays, documentation errors, or customs inspections).

6｜Cost Control & Procurement:
Conduct freight inquiries, price comparisons, and cost analysis to continuously optimize logistics expenses.

7｜Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with Procurement, Project, Technical, and Operations departments to integrate and fulfill transportation requirements.

8｜Financial Administration:
Process accounts payable (AP) for logistics-related expenses and freight charges.

9｜Fluent English for Email & Phone
Over 70% of the work will be conducted in English; the candidate must be capable of communicating independently and fluently via English email and phone in real time.

10｜ Ad-hoc Tasks:
Execute other duties and special projects as assigned by supervisors.

具以下條件之一者，將予以優先安排面試：
1. 熟悉或具備「海外船用品轉運及免稅通關實務」經驗者。
2. 具備與海外貨運代理（Overseas Forwarder）、國內外船務代理（Shipping
Agent）密切合作
3. 具備非貨櫃常規運輸之特殊物流經驗，如：重件船（Heavy Lift）、散裝船（Bulk
Carrier）、雜貨船（General Cargo）等大型專案或特殊散雜貨運輸經驗者。有工作
船相關的物流背景經驗者
4. 具備工作船（Working/support/etc vessel）相關或海事工程（Offshore
Construction）範疇之物流背景與操作經驗者
