CMF Designer / Automotive

BYD Milan Design Studio is seeking Senior/Chief Automotive CMF Designers to blend Italian and European premium CMF aesthetics into BYD's global automotive design. You will be the core link between styling design and production, creating CMF solutions and building BYD’s exclusive CMF DNA.

Senior: Independently deliver premium CMF color palettes & material solutions; lead European CMF resource integration; coordinate with global suppliers for material availability. Chief: Lead the studio’s CMF strategy and innovation roadmap; build and manage an international CMF team; liaise with global design/engineering teams to drive CMF realization. Fluent in English (written and spoken). Bachelor's or higher degree in Industrial/Material/Textile/Fashion Design. Mandatory professional CMF design portfolio; sensitivity to luxury & CMF trends. Ability to work in a multicultural international team.
