CMM Programmer

2.0 Job Description and Responsibilities:

2.1 Create CMM programs per quality plan, customer specifications and customer requirements.

2.2 Prove out CMM programs to ensure that they can be safely run by an operator.

2.3 Create accurate and easy to follow written work instruction.

2.4 Perform CMM program correlation.

2.5 Provide data for any special handling work instructions.

2.6 Operate CMM to verify in-process and finished product.

2.7 Print and save completed CMM reports.

2.8 Notify Quality Manager when deviation is found.

2.8 Maintain stylus inventory.

2.9 Keep work areas clean and orderly.

2.10 Perform additional tasks as required or assigned by the Quality Control Manager.

2.11 Abide by and support al HSE and QMS requirements.
