Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
- Provide toileting and incontinence care
- Assist with transfers, ambulation, and mobility
- Prepare meals according to the client's care plan
- Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and bed making
- Complete grocery shopping and errands when authorized
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Observe and report changes in the client's condition
- Complete required documentation accurately and timely
- Follow all agency policies, HIPAA regulations, and client care plans
