Job Purpose:
- The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is responsible for providing compassionate and professional care to patients. The role involves assisting with daily living activities, monitoring patient conditions, and supporting the healthcare team in delivering high-quality behavioral health services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
- Monitor and document patient vital signs, behaviors, and symptoms, and report any changes to the nursing staff.
- Support the healthcare team by ensuring a safe and clean environment for patients.
- Help transport patients to different areas within the facility as needed.
- Participate in patient care planning and collaborate with the healthcare team to provide holistic care.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to all healthcare regulations and guidelines.
- Engage with patients in a respectful and empathetic manner to promote their well-being and recovery.
- Assist with the preparation and maintenance of patient records and documentation.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients to enhance their comfort and quality of life.
